At Rebel + Shay, we offer made-to-order products that are crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping Policy: Once you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping date based on the current production schedule. Shipping times may vary based on the complexity of your order and the volume of orders in our production queue. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We offer standard shipping rates for orders within the United States, and shipping rates may vary based on the destination for international orders. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be charged for international orders.
Return Policy: As mentioned earlier, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the defect or damage when contacting us.
If a return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product to us. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping any replacement product to you.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
